10g peanuts- 57cal
10g green mung- 33cal
5g raisins- 17cal
4 almonds- 30cal
2 dates- 51cal

Have it raw/steamed/boiled❣️
Note- Can also have 1 glass of milk or curd or 1-2 banana with this for weight gain.
