How healthy is Indian food?
India is a diverse land, whether it is the culture of the place its food, or its people.
Every corner of India has a surprise to offer.
Asking if Indian food is healthy is essential, as Indian cuisines became famous around the world because of their fragrant spices and flavors.
Apart from its flavor, it also has all the essential nutrients in a balanced quantity.
If you love a bit of spice in your food, then Indian food must be your go-to food.
Indian food is famous for many primary characteristics: very heavy, very spicy, very hot, and delicious.
Another well-known characteristic of Indian cuisine is vegan food.
Not all dishes in Indian cuisine are indeed vegetarian or vegan dishes, but there is no doubt that this is the most extensive and most varied vegan cuisine in the world.
Unlike other cuisines that do the conversion of meat dishes into vegan dishes, Indian cuisine has countless dishes that were born vegan in the first place as part of an ideology and not by accident.
