What is a normal blood pressure? In this video we explore what a normal blood pressure is according to the CDC for people in America. I will also share with you the range of readings that we consider a normal in the UK, according to guidelines by the NHS.
Often blood pressure is a range and everyone will have their own individual blood pressure readings. These can be affected by our genetics, lifestyle and environmental factors. Blood pressure has a range and from high blood pressure (hypertension), to normal BP and also some people have low blood pressure.
