🥣 Yogurt
❌ Avoid early morning on an empty stomach – it increases acidity and can cause bloating.
✅ Best later in the day, especially after meals, as it aids digestion and improves gut health.

🍎 Apple
✅ Best eaten in the morning – it helps cleanse the stomach, improves bowel movement, and provides fiber for energy throughout the day.

☕ Coffee
❌ Avoid immediately after waking – cortisol (stress hormone) is naturally high in the morning; coffee can increase acidity and jitters.
✅ Best mid-morning (after breakfast) for energy and focus.

🍌 Banana
❌ Avoid on an empty stomach – it can cause a sudden spike in magnesium and potassium levels, irritating the stomach lining.
✅ Best after a light meal or as a snack.

🍚 Rice
