क्या आप जानते हैं खाने के 2 घंटे बाद वाला ब्लड शुगर टेस्ट क्यों जरूरी होता है?
इसे Post Prandial Blood Sugar Test (PPBS) कहते हैं।

📊 इसका मतलब और रेंज:

140 mg/dL से नीचे → Normal

141–199 mg/dL → Pre-Diabetes

200 mg/dL या उससे ज़्यादा → Diabetes

👉 यह टेस्ट बताता है कि आपका शरीर खाने के बाद शुगर को कितनी जल्दी कंट्रोल कर पा रहा है।
समय पर टेस्ट कराइए और डायबिटीज को कंट्रोल में रखिए।
