Lunch:

1 TBSP Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
1 TBSP Oyster Sauce
4 Pieces Shrimp
40oz Pork Tenderloin
Spices: garlic powder, chili flakes, ground pepper, onion powder, cumin, salt
Dinner:
100g Marinated Chicken
250g Sweet Potato
Snack:
250g Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
1/2 Cup Low-Fat Cottage Cheese
