– ‘Non-dippers’ have consistent BP
– ‘Reverse dippers’ have BP rise at night
– Reverse dippers have substantially higher night-time BP
– Current failure to identify hypertension in reverse dippers
– Because we don’t look at night-time BP for diagnosis of hypertension
