I cut out processed foods, bad carbs, and takeout. I didn\u2019t count calories. I focused on protein, because I knew building muscle was key to burning fat.<\/p>\n<p>My goal? At least 170 grams of protein daily. 1 gram per pound of my ideal body weight. With hard training and a simple stack of one protein shake, creatine, and collagen, I ensured I was fueling my body right.<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019ve followed me for a while, you know I don\u2019t overthink meals. I keep it simple and consistent, high-quality protein, healthy fats, and low-sugar fruits. That\u2019s it.
