There are so many people that are walking around with a thyroid problem, but it&#8217;s actually secondary to something else.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Most thyroid issues are not primary unless you&#8217;ve been exposed to radiation.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>What is a thyroid?<br \/>\nThe thyroid is located at the base of the neck, and the gland controls metabolism. If there is a problem with the thyroid, and it&#8217;s low thyroid, nearly 100 enzymes inside your cells will be blocked. You won&#8217;t be able to absorb the proteins in the body.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Some symptoms of thyroid problems:<\/p>\n<p> \u2022 Dry hair\/hair loss<br \/>\n \u2022 Vertical ridges in your nails<br \/>\n \u2022 Loose skin<br \/>\n \u2022 You gain weight all over<\/p>\n<p>Causes of thyroid problems:<\/p>\n<p>1. Low iodine<br \/>\n2. High estrogen\u00a0<br \/>\n3. Low bile<br \/>\n4. Liver<\/p>\n<p>Out of all of these possibilities, which cause makes the most sense? By fixing one thing, does it fix everything at the same time? Everything is connected. Usually, it&#8217;s a gallbladder bile problem.
