So many of you wanted the recipe when I showed these in my meal prep video, so I had to share the full recipe\u263a\ufe0f I used all purpose gluten-free flour mix in these which contains psyllium husk powder which absorbs some of the liquid, so if using a different type of flour, like wheat flour, you might need to add more of it, about 1\/4-1\/2 cup \/ 60-120 ml more should be enough!<br \/>\n\u2022<br \/>\nMore recipes in my Ebook which has 100 healthy &#038; easy recipes, link is in my profile\ud83e\udd70<br \/>\n\u2022<br \/>\nIngredients for three servings:<br \/>\n2 1\/4 cups (lactose-free) low fat Greek yogurt (5 1\/2 dl \/ 570g)<br \/>\n6 eggs<br \/>\n1 tablespoon maple syrup or sugar, or more to taste<br \/>\n1 tablespoon vanilla extract<br \/>\n1 cup all purpose (gluten-free) flour mix or oat flour (2 1\/2 dl)<br \/>\n3 teaspoons baking powder<br \/>\n\u2022<br \/>\nToppings:<br \/>\nberries<br \/>\n\u2022<br \/>\n1. Mix the wet ingredients together<br \/>\n2. Add the dry ingredients and stir to combine<br \/>\n3. Divide into three greased glass containers<br \/>\n4. Top with berries<br \/>\n5. Bake at 180 Celsius degrees \/ 350 in Fahrenheit for about 20-25 minutes<br \/>\n6. Store in the fridge<br \/>\n7.
