Or, like me, after dinner in the winter months, you are completely lethargic.<\/p>\n<p>How common are such peaks and troughs in our energy levels? \u201cIf you\u2019re having an active day, then you will naturally get tired because we are human, we\u2019re not machines,\u201d says Dr Linia Patel, a dietitian and nutritionist. \u201cGetting tired at the end of the day, before you go to bed, is perfect.
